You can purchase CHIMERA SYNTHESIS products from our trading company FISHER ROBOTICS (owned by BC). We use PayPal as our secure electronic payment processor; you DO NOT need a PayPal account to order our products and can use the usual VISA / MASTERCARD as well as electronic cheques and other funding arrangements. At present we accept payment only in USD and GBP. If you don't like your product when it arrives please return it (in mint condition) and we will refund your purchase price. All products are warranteed free from defect for a period of 12 months from date of dispatch. Your order maybe dispatched from either the UK or the US depending on stock levels and your location. Once you have placed your order we will contact you within 24hrs (maybe longer at weekends) to confirm shipping address and issue an E.D.D. (estimated dispatch date) - these are not binding and we will keep you informed if this date slips by more than a few days. Please order any accessories at least three days PRIOR to your E.D.D. this will save postage. Once your order has been dispatched we will email you with a tracking number (if applicable).
